MEET YOUR TRAINERS

Owner / Trainer

Will Pearman

Will served in the Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment until 2015. While there he completed: OSUT, Airborne School, RASP, Ranger School, and 3 rotations to Afghanistan. During Will’s time in the 75th Ranger Regiment, he developed a keen interest for watching the dogs on missions with them as the dogs worked. These very versatile, dual purpose dogs are able to help Rangers on their missions with everything from route clearance to detaining suspects. That small bit of intrigue was a seed that followed him as he left the military and got his first German Shepherd, Duke. Duke came into his life in 2015 like a wrecking ball. Although Duke was an amazing running buddy, he needed a lot of help being trained. Will began taking classes with Duke and eventually met Reagan. She had a passion for dogs just like him. Reagan was training dogs professionally at the time, and Will began to learn from her and help her with her training. He soon realized that this passion for training dogs might actually be able to be a career. Will is a Certified NePoPo Gold Trainer with an Electronic Collar Certification, a Professional Member of the IACP, PSA Certified Decoy, K9 Street League Decoy, as well as a CGC evaluator. He continues to strive to always be a student of dog training. Reagan and Will started Bootleggers PSA club together in 2020, and he is currently the club director. He enjoys spending time on the weekends with family, and training sport dogs for PSA.

Reagan Pearman

Reagan has always had a love for animals since a young age. In 2015 she decided to take the first step toward making her passion for dogs a career. She began by educating herself on canine behavior and participating in training classes with her own dog, focusing on leash reactivity towards other dogs. She took her talents to PetSafe Village in late 2015 and began training dogs professionally. Following this step in her career, in early 2017, she joined a franchise where she sharpened her skills training dogs. After four years of learning and training she decided to open her own business with her husband Will, Top Notch Canine! In her free time Reagan loves to compete in dog sports and hang out with family. Her Belgian Malinois Cato, is a national competitor in dock diving. She also enjoys competing in; PSA, frisbee, conformation, and NACSW. On the weekends you can usually find her taking pictures of sport dogs and training at Bootleggers PSA Club. She is an IACP professional member, a CGC evaluator, as well as a NePoPo Silver School Graduate. Her favorite aspect of dog training is helping people be able to include their animals in even more parts of their lives, and all the joy that brings their owners.

Puppy Programs

Puppies are all fun and games until you're waking up in the middle of the night to let them out, puppy biting, whining in kennel, etc. This program is for those of you who want a puppy but don't want to deal with puppy phase and training! Let us do all the boring stuff for you! Raising a puppy is still raising a dog! A lot of people miss crucial things during puppy phases and then may have a good chance of having a reactive or scared dog later in life! This is for dogs aging 12 weeks to 5 months! This includes a slip leash they come home with!

2 Week $1,500

Puppy will learn basic luring into positions like sit, down, come, and place. Crate manners and potty training!

4 Week $2,100

Puppies will learn verbal commands for sit, down, place, come, and work on stay. Crate manners and potty training. 2-3 public outings.

6 Week $2,700

Puppies will learn verbal commands for sit, down, place, come, and work on stay. Crate manners and potty training. 4-6 public outings.

Adult Programs

In this program your dog stays at the trainer's facility for the amount of time selected. Our board and train dog training programs are customized and designed based on your individual dog's needs. We use a variety of tools including food, clicker, prong, and modern low level e-collar training techniques. This program is for dogs 5 months and older. The e-collar (mini educator et-300) must be provided by owner at drop-off. Herm Sprenger pinch collar included in BNT!

3 Week $2,450

Ideal for dogs with no behavior issues. They will learn sit, down, place, come, loose leash walking, and stay. Crate manners and potty training. 2-3 public outings.

4 Week $3,100

Ideal for dogs with minor behavior issues.They will learn sit, down, place, come, loose leash walking, and stay. Crate Manners and Potty training. 4-5 public outings.

Day Trains

You have a busy lifestyle, so while you are at work or taking care of other business, leave the training of your dog to us! While your pup is with us they will learn all of the proper behaviors to make them well mannered and attentive to your commands. At the end of the day you will be able to pick your dog up and take them home for the evening. At the end of each week you will receive a lesson. We also have videos that will be sent to you each week to watch and learn what your pup has learned that week! Includes prong collar!
